Do it correctly. Low calorie diet, eat 4-6 small meals a day to raise your metabolism and do some intense cardio exercise 4-6 times a week that raises your heart rate for at least 30 mins. I wld recommend Insanity by Beach Body. It's great. You will lose it quickly, safely, correctly, and have a better chance of keeping it off. Allow urself one cheat day a week where u so nothing and eat whatever u want. It will keep u from completely throwing away your diet and exercise regimen.
