What u should do is first realize u can't lose weight fast it takes time and effort but also knowledge. First I would go to the library and get some books in the subject. Find out about what to eat and what not to eat. Then I would start to exercise more by riding my bike to school or walking more. Do that everywhere u go don't take the car or bus just walk,run and bike. Also after u do thus it might be a good idea to have a body to help u like your mom or older sister. Well last summer I was trying to lose weight all I did was run 20minutes without stopping and eat healthy I did lose some weight I think you should that it worked on me but I still need more to go I'm also that age
Saying your trying to lose weight but you cant exercise is like saying your trying to take a shower but you don't have any water -___- . - Yes I'm horrible at making examples. I'm 14 , I go jogging every morning. And after school if I have to get stuff off my mind. ( it's become an obsession:/ ) You can go at night. Early early in the morning. After school. MAKE TIME . You don't even have to go outside. If it's all that ; run up and down your stairs , get a gym membership , work out it in your room . PUT IN WORK ! - Also eating healthy makes it a little easier.
