I'm hearing rumors that Obito Uchiha is Tobi.They both have a similar power in the Sharingan(Kakashi Sharingan).So is Obito really Tobi?

Not to mention,their hair kinda resembles each other,and I saw in a manga that when Tobi's mask broke,Kakashi looked WAY more shocked than Naruto.

Even though there are rumors Obito Uchiha is Tobi, there is no confirmation to these rumors. Most people believe that Obito's body was used by Zetsu to make Tobi after a boulder fell on him. You can get more information on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obito_Uchiha.

Obito Uchiha was Kakashi's teammate until he was crushed by a boulder.He gave Kakashi his Sharingan eye.Tobi & Zetsu are part of the Akatsuki.
