How can I get a traffic warrant drop with out having to pay fines I just don't have money

It is very difficult or nearly impossible to get a traffic warrant dropped without having to pay fines. You need to communicate with the precinct or district that issued the warrant. You will in the event have an opportunity to give explanation on what circumstances led to your failure to pay or respond. ubanks. Sorry, but it won't be that simple. You did something illegal. You are being fined as punishment so you won't do it again. The Court just doesn't care about your finances. Talk to them about a payment arrangement. There is no easy way out. Good luck!
