Sorry you're sick! Lie on your back with a clean pillow and a cool rag over your eyes. Rest and don't eat anything. Sip clear liquids like water, tea or sprite if you can. Keep a clean trash can or bucket nearby.
Vomiting sucks but it's your body's way of getting rid of something bad. Clean your toilet quickly, kneel on a towel over it and think of something gross -- that will help you vomit.
Sit or stand in the shower. The motion of the water is soothing.
If you don't feel better later this afternoon, go to the doctor. If you (hopefully) do feel better, start off eating bananas, rice, applesauce or toast. Slowly return to regular diet as you improve. Feel better soon!
Vomiting is often your body’s way of purging itself of toxins, so go ahead and vomit. If the vomiting is frequent or lasts more than 24 hours see a Dr., especially if you are very young or elderly. Try to keep up the intake of water and avoid sugary drinks and things like Gator-aid at least during the first 24 hours.
Throw up if u need to- afterwards it will make u feel better. Just relax, drink sprite or 7up (something fizzy) to help calm ur stomach down. Also use some pepto bismol. It doesn't taste good but it'll help! Feel better ;)
