if my xbox region account is USA and i live on UK .. is this will effect my multi games or not? if not then what it will affect?

Sadly, if you have an Xbox region account in USA but you live in UK, it will affect your multi-games. This is because the US codes will not work for UK. If you want to add funds to your UK account and live in the US you can order cards off of amazon.co.uk.
