Just be lucky you're getting any at all.
If she remarries she might then provide a better household then yours, so I wouldn't monkey with the situation.
Don't give her any reason to change matters or you could be paying her.

It is possible to get an increment but depending on the following conditions: the needs of the child, your ability to support yourself or and the current standard of living for the child.

You should be able to... but chances are they are going to be smarter than that. A woman could get an increase in such a situation, so you should be able to as well. If they don't mingle their assets, however, you may have a tough time proving that your request is well founded.

Yes and no. He is not responsible for paying for your kid, but the assets are in her name. Depends on the judge, the lawyer, and the laws in your state. You should probably ask a lawyer though. Also, it is under handed. The money is for the child anyway and if you share custody, it shouldn't matter so much.

Would you say that to a single mother? What makes you think he doesn't have one? Parents are still entitled to support even if they are working. For all you know this child could have a disability & need a 24hr cater. Think before you type.

If the situation were reversed you would expect that the child support would increase. If she has income higher it's definetly the case, not sure on assets.
