If you bought the song off of iTunes, it is in your account right now, you didnt get it from a friend who pirated a CD, you OWN that song. It is fine to use it in a YouTube video. If they do take it off, write them an email with a screenshot of the song in your iTunes account.
it might also help to cite the band, record label, and song name at ehe end of your video.
It depends what the song is all about. A song/video can only be removed if it has a third-party notification of alleged copyright infringement. As a result, it is best you make sure that the song you uploaded does not have any copyright infringement content. Visit http://www.youtube.com/t/copyright_notice for more information.
depends. Did you steal the song? Did you pass it off as your own? If not, then don't worry about it. Make sure you write the name of the song and the name of the artist playing the song. You will be fine if you did those two things
