What are the symptoms a person has when the realize they need to see a psychologist?
I think when they are lost or thinking negatively. Also if your stressing or not sure what to do. Try thinking positive things all the time and trust me it helped me.

A person needs to see a psychologist if they have behavior, mental or emotional changes, which negatively affect their lives. Some of these changes include frequent mood swings, violent sessions, social isolation and rocky relationships.
Excessive headaches, sleeping, and crying too much... Constant risky behavior like gambling, lying, sexual promiscuity cheating stealing or shop lifting.
