Which phone company has the best phone service in Nevada county CA? I am looking for rental, hopefully Truckee. Would like to be out of city

would like something in the mountains, out of the city limits.

I looked at the website you recommended. It talks about Internet service; I am looking for cell phone service. Would they be the same companies?
