any suggestions on how to gain weight without junk food

I weigh 98-100 pounds and I'm 5'4 and 13 years old and as much as I eat(because I eat ALOT) I don't gain weight but I don't look really skinny because I have muscle so any suggestion or solutions on how to gain weight

One good way to gain weight without taking junk food is by eating high density calories foods like raw nuts, cashews, Brazil nuts and filberts. Consume more whole grains, potatoes and add fruits and whole milk. You should also eat foods plenty of healthy carbohydrates like bread, crackers and low-sugar cereals. You should try eating 50 percent more for every meal than you already do but in a healthy manner.

Have more protein...eat a peanut butter sandwich with a glass of milk as a snack daily...add bananas if you like ...the potassium counteracts the sodium in the peanut butter and will help you build more muscle ...are you weight lifting? because young kids should not lift weights till they are at least 14-15!!

I'm turning fourteen this year and yea I'm weight lifting but its not extreme weight I only use enough weight to feel the burn(that was sorta corny)

Not corny:).....well don't over do it..weightlifting can cause back problems later in life..stick to light weights!!

I'm really skinny but it doesn't bother me because I'm a runner and thats good. But that's what everyone tells me. You should get the powder at a store and make shakes and stuff.

oh ok ik me too I'm very skinny and I'm in boxing and my trainer told me that I HAVE to gain weight to b able to compete

why bother gaining weight? my sister is 85 pounds at 13 too and her friend weighs even less.

srry but its not healthy to b underweight especially when ur in ur teenage years cuz body is developing and stuff(u already know) I'm just saying

eat very dense meals and do nothing, sleep, especially that, watch TV, and anything else that requires nothing more than a finger muscle
