in gym class always do extra pushups and situps ect. (if you do that at your school) if not that then just do as many arm, shoulder, chest and ab workouts as you can find about 30 mins before bed

daniel...TENNIS! i've been playing (and teaching) tennis for decades and it'll tone your whole body! also, be sure to eat right, get plenty of sleep, drink lots of water and healthy juices, and for "cross-training" running is great! above all, be safe! oh yeah, make good grades at school! lol...:-)
