First of all you have to loose the layer of fat covering them by running and a diet, and do sit ups and other ab exercises to tighten them and make them show more

Just set aside like 45 minutes of doing cardio every day. This will help you get leaner quicker since it will increase the rate at which you will burn excess fat. You can appropriately have your 45 minutes just prior to your weight lifting workouts which will be important in limiting muscle mass amount lost whilst reducing your calorie intake.
