Am I eating right?

okay this is how I start my day. I do this 4-5 tines a week. I wake in the morning and have a bowl of cereal then go to school. then for lunch I have a slim fast can. then when I get home I have a salad with healthy turkey and no croutons or Saldana dressing and a bottle of water. after waiting a couple of hours I go to ltf. I run on the treadmill for 40min. I run 4.10 miles. go home and drink slimfast with a bottle of water. and go sleep for 8.5 hrs.

No slim fast is NOT food, it's not healthy to rely on something like that at all. First you should have a much bigger n better breakfast, it's the most important meal to get u going. Oatmeal is best. Eat real food when at all possible no shakes. Snack on fruit in-between. The more active you are the more calories you need in a day so the days when u exercise more eat more, on lighter days you can eat less. Good luck.

Actually it works if u excercise as well with it and eat healthy. I have done this for a month and lost 5 pounds every week. I lost a total of about 20.76 pounds

Yes i guess that is a fairly good lifesyle. Doesent it get boring though? Maybe eat something diffrent everyday for lunch and switch up your sandwhiches.

Yea it kinda does but I lose 5 pounds a week off thus diet:)

Yes tht sounds good if u wann be a healthy person but change it up a bit

Like rossa1 said Slimfast is BAD!! Also cereal has to much sugar in it. Eat meats in the morning like Bacon Sausage...ect. Eggs are good to go with that.
