Am I eating right?
okay this is how I start my day. I do this 4-5 tines a week. I wake in the morning and have a bowl of cereal then go to school. then for lunch I have a slim fast can. then when I get home I have a salad with healthy turkey and no croutons or Saldana dressing and a bottle of water. after waiting a couple of hours I go to ltf. I run on the treadmill for 40min. I run 4.10 miles. go home and drink slimfast with a bottle of water. and go sleep for 8.5 hrs.
