well if you want to get a flat stomach and keep it that way, you don't diet you have to have a lifestyle change. I've realized that if you clean out your fridge and cabinets of most not all (cuz you still need to treat yourself) but most of the junk food and stock it with healthier choices, you'll automatically eat healthier and lose weight without feeling like your punishing yourself. but always remember EXERCISE if you eat healthy but don't exercise that's not gonna do much. also, if you wanna flatten your tummy quicker for a certain amount of time, drink lots of water and stay away from dairy products and I promise you'll see the difference. hope this helps, goodluck :)

dieting helps but not necessaraly in 2 months. what i do is i do sit ups or crunches or whatever you call them haha( but when you put ur hands behind ur head and knees bent and u sit up with ur feet flat on the floor) well i do atleast 25-50 a day and it helps A LOT.also jogging/walking at a decent speed on the treadmill-or just walking a few blocks in the neighborhood-will burn a lot off really fast :) hope this helps!
The cleansing things will help you lose the weight but as soon as you stop you will gain all of it plus some back, not to mention they can make you very very sick and are very bad for you. All you can do is eat right and work out. All those miracle diets are unhealthy and you'll gain all the weight back as soon as you stop.
To get a flat stomach in two months, maintain a healthy diet which should contain plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. Exercise for about 30 to 60 minutes every day. Cycling, jogging, weight training and rowing are aerobic exercises with great fat-burning potential. Perform abs exercises two to three times per week in two to three sets, with 10 to 15 repetitions to strengthen your abdominal muscles.
It probably depends on how you are now, like if you have a big belly, or in the middle, or on the verge of being flat, but like yeah i do 50 right crunches, 50 left crunches, 50 straight, then if im up to it 50 more of just like a mixture of all of them, or whatever your main focus area is.. And all of this is about 200 crunches a night. i know its a lot. but hey it works for mee. so maybe you could give it a tryy.
