I just got arrested for my first DUI in philly and I blew .169. What's going to happen?

Your driver's license be taken and returned to you at the end of the suspension provided you pay $125. The officer is required to forward a copy of the completed notice of suspension form and any driver license taken into possession, with a sworn report to the Department of Motor Vehicles. If the suspension is upheld during the review, you may request a hearing to contest the suspension or revocation.
