It's called insomnia, I am a sufferer. Go to your local health good store or pharmacy and in the vitamin section you can find what is called melatonin its a natural way to get you to sleep, in most cases of insomnia your body isn't releasing it's natural melatonin, so this is the best way to fix the problem since there are no adverse effects or risk of dependency you can take it both short and long term, and you won't feel groggy in the morning.
None of this are true or even the studies. The one who knew about this problem is each one of us. We create this in our mind and our brain gets stress and we tend to recyle them back and fort. Example: going to work everyone stress about the time now and what time to be at work. So watever science stuff they say its not true its the people who controls them i mean everyone of us cause this ourself so dont use any science bs$&@$
I have the same problems.... If you don't sleep EVER for a long period of time your brain can't take it any more and some people go crazy. When you sleep your brain makes new files to sore info and if you never sleep your brain sort of stops. Even just resting your eyes helps. Have you tried white noise or peaceful music like Indian flout? I have tried everything and it's mostly because I'm a teenager. And if u are you will grow out of it.
