What do you say to your parents to let you go to a party

me and my friends are going to club starz which is a teen club but it's a CLUB and my dads ok with it but I didn't ask my mom because she doesn't want my sister to go to a different club ( but it is more inappropriate ) and I want to tell my mom but I don't want it to seem to inappropriate so what do I say

You will be required to tell them about the event, but do not say anything negative about it. You can as well invite one of your friends over who will be going with you to the party to help you explain to your parents about the event.
