Does the book catching fire continue the plot of the hunger game? Or is it a whole new idea?

Catching fire totally continues the plot of hunger games and so does the third one. You should read them all, you'll love them. :3

It's a sequel to Hunger Games. So it just continues on from where the story left off. I love it!

it follows the first book but at the same time there is a twist sort of. its amazing i love all the books!!!!!
