Metal roofs for mobile homes. how do I know by looking at the roof it has a roof over?

Since new metal roofs are drilled onto your home with drill bits or screws, you might be able to locate these screws from the inside of the motor home. If not, you can check out the sealant used, if it appears new, it might be a new roof. Alternatively, you can just ask the owner.
