Is it normall to stay up till about 4 o'clock and wake up at 8

i coudnt sleep one night of the weekend until 4 and when i woke up at 8 i wasnt evan tired?

It is normal especially if you are not tired. Sometimes, one can lack sleep because of different reasons and an average adult will survive without problems after having just four hours of sleep. If you want to sleep better, you should make a routine of your sleeping patterns and wear comfortable clothing to bed.

i dont think is normal, we need at least 8 hours of sleep.

its ok just for a few times but we need 8 to 9 hours of sleep so make that a part of your routine

It's recommended to get 8, but some people do fine on less. 4 is low, you might end up with an inability to fight off common infections and bacteria like colds.
