Colgate Total ( any variety ) is the only toothpaste on the market recommended by the ADA and the only toothpaste that has an anti-bacterial additive in it.

There are a variety of toothpaste brands approved and recommend by the ADA. See the link for examples of toothpastes that carry the ADA seal of approval!

Well I use AIM, or colgate. But you should get an electric toothbrush, it makes your teeth white.

I, personally avoid all commercial toothpastes. Flouride, carragean, SLS, titanium dioxide are ingredients that are FDA known toxins. And these all seem to be present in the commercial toothpastes. I have used CPTG Essential oil of Peppermint soley for numerous years. My Dentist always comments posatively on the good condition/state my teeth and gums are in. If you feel you must use a paste, try to find Xyliwhite in a healthfood type store. Safe ingredients and cleans teeth well.
