The only thing that will mend a broken heart is time. Don't sit around mourning your loss. Get out and get on with your life. Each day it will get a little easier until one day you realize your have gotten over it.
Spend a lot of time with good friends and family! Make it a point to be good to yourself. Spoil yourself! Go out and get a massage, a facial, buy ice cream or any other thing that comforts you and brings you joy. Rent a lot of comedies and give yourself a laugh marathon. Go on a mini-vacation and meet some new, interesting people. If you find yourself not moving on, see a therapist to work through the issues. You might just find out it was a good thing in the end. One door never closes without another one opening!
