I will recommend that you first determine a hair regimen for your hair type. You should make sure that you eat healthy foods that aid the hair in staying strong and lustrous. During washing ensure that you use cooler water and keeping in mind to wash and rinse your hair the last time and know your shampoo ingredients before using them.
I use two different products at various times. Moroccan Oil and Silk. Both are typically sold at the salon. You need very little of either when using. Just enough to work thru your hair while damp. Either would be well worth it.
I put either warm olive oil or coconut oil on my hair when I feel like it's getting a bit dry or something. I also double condition my hair (in the shower, after shampooing, condition once then comb your hair through, and then put more conditioner in, rinse, and done!) I have very thick, long, wavyish/curlyish hair so it's a handful to manage but keeping it super moisturized makes it a lot healthier. Also, a lot of people think that washing your hair everyday keeps it clean and healthy....WRONG. Yes, it keeps it clean, but it is healthy for your hair to not be washed everyday. Let the natural oils of your hair do its job! Of course you can't just go around with nasty greasy hair but every once in a while just don't wash it and throw it up in a ponytail. So pretty much, lots of oils! haha :)
i've always had nappy unruly hair and have tried different conditioners and shampoos that made it worse but last week i tried herbal essences shampoo and conditioner and just let my hair dry afterwards and the morning after it was nice and silky. remember to shampoo one time and condition twice
