I read in some sport magazine that people who eat chocolate lose weight faster, but it only works if you are exercising and not eating to much of it, if you eat tons of chocolate and sit on your ass all day... You're gonna get fat.
Chocolate is actually good for you. The way we normally consume chocolate is with a ton of added sugar. Buy your chocolate with a ratio of at least 70% cacao. Lots of antioxidants and other good stuff. It tends to be more bitter that way. Give it a try.

Taken all together, the over 300 drugs found in chocolate, ( the higher the cocao level the better) make you feel better and improve memory. But remember everything in moderation and avoid milk chocolate and any chocolates containing corn syrup. because these are just excess fats and sugars.

Giving a chocolate to younger brother of your G/F ......... . Yes generally students at the time of exams don't eat much and feel nausea give them chocolate it supplies all the glucose and carbohydrates and they feel fine. But for other occasions this is bad for good health.
