What is a good balanced healthy diet for a 15 year old girl?

I am 15 years old and a girl. I weigh 50kg and am 157cm tall. I feel pretty self conscious about my stomach because all my friends are tall and skinny. I don't eat unhealthy and I play netball. How can i get skinnier and if possible taller?

Breakfast for a 15 year old boy or girl should consist of a maximum of two eggs, toast, cereal, fruit and milk. A sandwich, milk, one whole fruit and a vegetable snack will suffice as a healthy meal for lunch. Supper should consist of carbohydrates like potato or rice, whole fruit, meat or fish, vegetables and milk. Snacks should consist of nuts and seeds. have you had your growth spurt or monthly if not just wait you will get taller and skinnier with more curves.

I am the shortest in my year at school last year I grew about 5cm the whole year and yes am probably what you'd call curvy...

Everything in moderation. Talk to your doctor keep doing what your doing. You still have growing to do
