Insanity workout is so hard to do since its done six days a week with each workout lasting shy of any hour. It consists of a brutal combination of cardio, sports drills, plyometrics (jumping), calisthenics (using your own body weight as resistance) and core work. Instead of working out at maximum intensity for a brief period of time, and then resting for a long stretch, you do the opposite.
