What can I eat and not eat today on Good Friday?

Report as

As a Christian, you must give up something for Lent, such as a certain food, or you can limit the use of a certain technology. Mainly, we separate ourselves from these earthly items and spend time with Jesus. On Fridays and especially Good Fridays during Lent, we are prohibited from eating any kind of meat, as it is delicious and gives us pleasure, when we should be thinking of Jesus' suffering. It is no longer a sin if you eat meat on Lent, but don't do it anyway.

Hope this helps!

Whatever you gave up for lent, you should not eat. Some traditions prohibit meat in addition to any lentil (sp?) sacrifice.
