While its true that it could be many different diagnosis types, it is also true that it's probably nothing more than a simple sprain, pinched nerve, or minor muscular issue. Possibly carpal tunnel syndrome. There are painless tests for almost all of these conditions.
And although I'm not a doctor--I would venture to say that you ARE NOT dying! Give it a little longer than the one day.
To put you mind at ease, you may want to see your family doctor.

The pain that you are feeling on your right arm may be caused by different things including an injury, Syringomyelia, Cubital tunnel syndrome and Thoracic outlet syndrome. You should visit a doctor for a proper check up to find the cause.

If u are a minor, ask your parents to take you to your doctor for an ex-ray and an MRI neither test hurts and you'll have a clearer idea of what you are doctoring. Underage or adult if you are physically active, especially in sports, you may have injured your arm or shoulder, such as a torn rotator cuff, even a slight tear there could cause pain in your arm. Also a pinched nerve or carpel tunnel can cause arm pain. Hope this helps, I'll pray for you!

Okay, perform this Test.Stretch your sore arm out to about 2:00, fingers also.Have someone Bend the Hand Down at the wrist.Does the center finger and hand Hurt? Also, does the Whole arm ache unbearably at times? If so, you may have a Very Serious Nerve Infection.Go to your Doctor ASAP-so you can receive antibiotics.WestieJ.
