I have my ask account on my iPod touch and I'm geting an ipad soon so can I transfer my ask account from my iPod to the ipad

You absolutely can! All you'd have to do is sign in to your Ask account with the e-mail address associated with this one :)

Of course. You can access your Ask account from any device on the planet, from most anywhere on the planet, that is internet connected.
