Losing that much weight so quickly seems as if it would be unhealthy. Not to mention the potential for flabby, hanging skin because your skin can't keep up weight the weight loss. I've lost about 20 pounds in the last three months though with good results and no hanging skin.
That's a lot for three months. Start with small attainable goals so that you don't lose motivation! Make your first goal to lose 10 lbs your first month, you will feel so good once you reach it, and if you lose more, then happy days! :)

Yes, a person could fast, a person could do that...If someone has tons of flesh that they really dont need. well that would be what your body feeds on.Your body is not really going hungry.. That is what your body will eat..I went on a three day fast recentlly, just because eating was an inconvencie to me at that time...didnt want to go accross town... i cant tell you how easiy that was for me...oh I havet ate in four days soo
Yes it is possible for as long as you do it in a routine. Do not eat dinner but instead eat fruit or salad and for the exercise do cardiovascular training, run, swim, bike or walk for at least 25 minutes.
