I own a gym and I am a nutritionist.....it's 90% diet 10% working out. Eat every 3 hours a lean protien and for 14days cut out all carbs including fruit. U will drop 15-20lbs in 14 days then it drops to 3-5lbs a week

I think in weight loses the most important thing to observe is diet. Effective methods you can try are, taking more water to flush the waste products, talking small and frequent meals for your body to efficiently process small amount of meals, be inefficient around activities that you perform to increase the activity level, taking more proteins for your body to burn more calories and fiber foods as they are very filling. The most important thing is consistency in diet behavior to achieve maximum results.
