How can I get rid of my headache?
The headache hurts right above my eyes, and only slightly in my mid-lower forehead, and splits the difference in the lower forehead. Most of the pain is in the area above the eyes, however. I generally get these headaches about 3-4 hours after I wake up, when I do get them. I have them anywhere from every 2-7 days, and rarely is it very bad to the point where I must sleep it off for it to go away, but I am often busy with school, so I need to get by without sleeping during the day. I often get around 7 1/2 hours of sleep AT LEAST, usually I get 8 1/2 though. I have tried medications for congestion and pain but none of them seem to work on my headaches because the ones I get most of the time, I am guessing might not be because of my sinuses. I have gone to the chiropractor before, and my headaches are unaffected by him re-aligning my spine and rubbing my sinuses. It feels good when he does that and it often reduces the pain while he does it, but the effect only lasts for a minute or two after he stops. Rubbing my neck muscles has the same effect. I have been hydrated a lot.
