Do try to remember-times are hard right now and to try to manage what you have on hand for now. We do need to try to put our pride aside and make changes overall to get along with all- there are very little jobs out there. "It takes two to tango" and " The grass is not always greener elsewhere"
when u no longer like what u do, or u cant find something that u like about it. Before u leave, make sure u get ur qualifications up. So u may have to stay at your job just so u can get ahead so u can get out of your current situation to get into a better situation (if you can figure out what I mean)
It's easier to find another job if you're still employed (and it's still not easy to find another job now at all)...get some references together, make a 30-second synopsis of your strengths, submit resumes to specific companies or use resume builder online...interviewing is a good sign..wait for your prospective employer to make an offer before submitting your two-week notice, and you're done! The "signs" will be a distant memory!

Every answer is dead on. One reason I may have missed seeing is if there is room to grow. Not just the little raises, but the promotions. Right now is a horrible time for most. Im self employed and looking for another job. Ppl cant hire me when they are struggling themselves. I get by so no complaints. I like being my own boss but its lean times. Stick with what ur doing. Keep looking
