elisha gry was the first to patent the phone but bell stole it search elisha gray

Hi Trent256! :) American Alexander Graham Bell invented the first telephone :) Okay,, well he is credited with inventing it, as crowtrobot said Elisha Gray is also thought to have invented it so there is some controversy over this
