Drink more milk! Your bones are probably weak and fragile. Also you should get calcium pills but dont rely o those. Drink more milk instead. If you take calcium pills take 1 a day. But you should ask your doctor about your pain.
Its not about MILK. if anything, it would be about calcium, or iron. Milk is meant for calfs- it comes out of a cow's nipples, for cryin' out loud. Its also nowhere near as healthy as the dairy industry leads you to believe. Bone pain is a big deal. See a doctor.
My bones would ache deep, like coming from the center. I found out that I was very deficient in vitamin D. My doctor put me on 5000 IUs a day. Pain has been so much better. I go back in today for my 3 month check up. Have your doctor do a blood test that specifically tests for Vit D.
