How can I take less classes in college?

I want to, in highschool, take college credit courses on subjects that aren't that important to my current major, dentistry. What can I do to get these classes out of the way?

Colleges award degrees to students who earn a certain number of credits. Some courses are worth more credits than others, but you should be aware that the higher credit courses usually require more work.
When I was in college, I took several language courses, which were worth four credits instead of the usual three. I was able to complete college in three years, including summer courses.

In order to take less classes in college, you have to do well on the SAT and ACT exams. You also need to apply to a range of schools so that your admission can be considered. You also need to choose between schools that you want as some do not allow students without a complete full course.
