What should I do if my boss is sleeping with a coworker?...

I don't care that's their lives the thing is that now she thinks she's the boss she's getting better hours than the rest of us.... and to be honest I think my managers boss knows and she's covering for them what can I do?

I was in that situation. Had a mutual crush on my boss, him on me. We got it on over a couple nights, agreeing to be professional, under the radar at work. Turns out we weren't sexually compatible. Now we know.
Did it effect anyone? Well, we are both single, so no. Not working in that office, am out in the field, but my hours never changed either. He was very fair and professional. As we agreed. I just wanted sex, not using sex to effect my job. Two completely different motives.

In such a situation, the best thing to do is to concentrate on your work if you are getting the pay you deserve. It is nobody's business if she earns more than you. You should be concerned when she interferes with your work and that's the time you should engage the boss but use appropriate language.

Agree, stay out of it. Eventually, if it's a fairly professional company or business, their behavior will be addressed. Either by the company or by their spouses. These types of office flings usually don't very last long or go unnoticed. One of them will be gone, soon.

Well, then maybe they actually care about each other, ugh... In that case, let it go. Even if she were not involved with him she could still be a pain in the butt. If you must address anything, stick with her behavioral problems & leave the sex issues out. Office life is terribly unfair most of the time. Unless you have another job lined up, stay low. It's not worth it for you to lose your job while they continue to cavort - whether you are there or not.

Wrong some people are rather blatant about their behavior and it makes it uncomfortable to work with, and it affects company morale, and work performance.
It should not be tolerated, but some companies choose to look the other way until there is a lawsuit.

In an ideal world, yes, agree - things should be handled as you say. It's wrong & unfair to decent employees to deal with embarrassing & uncomfortable office hijinks. However, in reality, workers who complain about Mgr. behavior issues, are also overlooked or ignored when it comes to promotions & rewards. No Mgr. wants a "troublemaker" working for them because they're afraid they'll be the next target. (Paranoia.) Worse, employee(s) who report these issues are gone in six months. They're a lawsuit risk so they're either fired ("poor work performance") or treated hostily until they get fed-up & leave. It's a conscious, calculated risk many companies willingly gamble because they know most employees can't afford to hire a lawyer to fight company abuse. Or, afford to lose their jobs. I've seen it happen several times over the years. The employees win, initially, but they're punished for their involvement in the matter later. Illegal, disgusting & wrong but very difficult to prove or fight.

I believe these cases can fall under "hostile work environment" ...You are unable to work in the given environment due to said situations. You may want to do some more research on that though, but I'm almost certain it does/can fall in that category.
