Why does my stomach always gurgle when i lay on my left side? and how can i fix this loud annoying problem?

place a pillow on that side and lay partially on the pillow partially on your bed (on your stomach of course) this will place pressure and keep your intestines from gurgling and it will allow your organs to shift at the same time

It's your organs shifting. Whenever you have a stomach ache, always lay on the left side! :) but I don't know if there is anything you can do to change that;/
