How do you lose weight kinda fast? like more importantly the stomach area?

i would say daily exercise healthy eating and just less junk food and less lying on a couch eating unhealthy snacks.

Stay away from bready carbs, and red meat, And all junk food, also, fish is really good and spinach. Excercise with a trainer and get professional diet recomendations
