Before peeling. Drain water from pot. Then (carefully), shake the pot from side to side quickly while the eggs r in it. This will crack the shell all around and the eggs will slide out after you thear the shell. My granny taught me that. Its one of the best cooking tips i've ever gotten. The more you shake, the easier they peel! Happy Easter! Let me know what you think. Good luck!
You should use the right procedure in boiling the eggs. Place water in a large pot, put the eggs inside, add 2 teaspoons of white vinegar and salt. Let it boil for like 2minutes, then cover the pot after which you remove from heat and let it stand for 11 minutes. Visit http://www.ehow.com/how_2288548_hardboiled-eggs-easy-peel.html.
I think the easiest method is to put the eggs in a large bowl filled with ice water after you already boiled the eggs. Leave them in the ice water for about 5 minutes. After that, make cracks all over the eggs by cracking them on the counter on all sides of the eggs. Now just peel and enjoy!
