Actually yes, I just found a way to make your pic less pixelated. First, you're going to need a free photo editor that lets you blur and sharpen photos. I use BeFunky, because it's free and gets the job done. So open your pixelated pic in the app, then add a blur effect. Blur it just enough to where you no longer see blocky pixels, and no more. Then sharpen the pic until it is no longer blurry. Keep repeating this process until either it is no longer pixelated, or sharpening the photo any more causes the quality to decline. It won't turn out perfect, but it will be a lot better. The blurring blends the pic together, causing the pixels to no longer be blocky. Then the sharpening gets rid of the blur, leaving you with a less pixelated pic.
