How is it that a A&B student teenager all of a sudden in the last 4 mths get stupefied and have anger issues with females ?

he is a 14 yr old and has attitude with almost everyone except when he knows he is going to get something is it his hormones?

There is a possibility that this student may be stressed. Stress is one of the major causes of such behavior. It is also possible that the student is going through some physical changes that can cause mood swings. You need to talk to him or her to get more information.
