When the new iPhone coming out

The iPhone 5 is actually anticipated to come out in June 2011. Though that's just rumored.

It is that the new iPhone is expected to be coming out in July 2011. The new iPhone is expected to have the newest operating system (iOS 5), face recognition security, custom SMS tones and custom e-mail alerts and video chats on 3G and 4G and more features than the 4G phone.
