What would make a car smell like cat urine, if a cat did not pee in the car?

If it was bad for you, do you really think they would have "medical marijuana"? It's not bad for you, it's better for you then any drug, alcohol, or cigarettes. Marijuana isn't even a drug it's medicine, it works very well for people that are in pain or have anxiety, or glaucoma, or cancer.
Marijuana does not kill brain cells!

COULD be a plant that produces an exact smell that you stepped in....but there are plant/weeds that can smell like cat urine....and through stepping in it and getting in the car....it would have the exact result

I was in my friends car today and it smelt like cat urine and now I have a sore throat.

If your car smells like cat urine then it probably is, if you have left a window down for any length of time you can bank on it.

These cats over here wait for that then they jump in and take over. We keep our windows up after seeing what they do.

The ammonia smell can be from a steam leak; the substance that gives that odor is called amines. This is a familiar smell in a leaking radiator steam structure. Check for any leaks from your radiator and have it fixed.
