You want to get out of trouble with the IRS .. then perhaps you may want to re-think your responsibilities and how you are handling them. It's really quite simple ... Pay your debts .. they will leave you alone. It's not rocket surgery!

Sorry, not a lot of sympathy for Dead Beat Dads .. or Moms for that matter.

It is actually illegal to cheat or forfeit paying your child support and taxes. You should consider contacting or consulting with any tax advisor or the IRS customer for any information than can actually help you get some tax reprieve.

You really asked a question like that? No one is going to help you cheat the government! If you had taxes that the IRS could keep then you worked and could have paid for you child/children.

Pay your child support like you are supposed to. They are your kids. Help pay for them. The I.R.S. had every right to take your money. No one is going to help you cheat the government.

Well maybe you should explain yourself better because right in your question it says you are trying to cheat the I.R.S. And they wouldn't be taking money out if you were paying child support.
