How to ovid a bad hair cut? I think they should have folios just like a tatto artist!

uhg hate this hair cut I've gotten it cut 3x already by 3 different ppl and it was super long now its shorter than my shoulders with layers I'v gotten to the point of wanting to get a pixy or shave it all off so at least it can all grow back in all at the same time. do you know any good hair dresser in Austin tx?

First off pictures help alot. Everytime i get mine done i bring in a picture. Make sure you describe what you want saying i wont the layers long enought so i can put my hair up or this short. When they start cutting speak up and tell them if you dont like what they are doing. Good luck :)
