How can I keep my transplanted pine trees alive?

Report as

You need to be patient. Don't try to do more than regular watering and care. I had one transplanted pine tree go dormant for over a year. It even looked like it was dead. Then the second summer it took off and grew like wildfire. It needs time for the roots to take hold.

Right now in this weather give them plenty of water in the early morning and in the evening. Also get some tree spikes, this will help the roots take hold. Spikes are tree food.
