Sticky notes and always keep notes (like writing notes).Alarm clocks always help me because on my phone you can give the alarm a name.(that way you know what it is for).

Usually if I write something down I will remember it. I have on quite a few occasions written directions to some place then forget to bring them but still remembered what I wrote.

There are a couple of herbal supplements that are supposed to improve your memory. I can't remember what they are off hand though.

I've heard that by doing puzzles and word games it helps keep your mind active. You got to remember your brain is like any other muscle, so you need to keep using it to keep it young.

Games like memory, Simon, patterns, and video games. Video Games help memory since you memorize and remember the controls. Also, you can learn from Tetris which pieces fit into another.

Ordinary brain exercises such as sudoku or crossword puzzles, chess or checkers, reading books, and lively discussions on any topic with friends and family are excellent ways to keep your mind sharp.
