If you are a juice lover, then orange juice is ideal in the morning. It will keep your immune system healthy.
A glass of warm water with half a lemon squeezed into it will get your metabolism started. I usually follow this with a kefir smoothie: 1 cup fat free kefir, 1 cup frozen berries of your choice, 1 tablespoon flax oil, 1 tablespoon agave nectar. Process in a blender and enjoy!
